Cranberry Orange Bread
A delicious breakfast bread made with fresh cranberries and oranges.

Servings: 2 loaves
- 4 cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 1/4 cups Sugar Reserve 1/4 cup for cranberries
- 4 cups cranberries, sliced in half
- 2 TB Grated Orange Rind
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- 1 cup Water
- 2/3 cup Vegetable Oil
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and spray 2 loaf pans with non-stick spray.
Slice cranberries in half and mix in 1/4 cup of sugar so all are coated. Set aside.
Mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside..
In a separate bowl, combine remaining 2 c sugar, grated orange rind, and vegetable oil. Add eggs and mix well.
Gradually add flour mixture, orange juice, and water to sugar mixture. Once all mixed together, add cranberries.
Divide batter into the two greased loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes
