Bacon Wrapped Dates with Goat Cheese
This bite-sized appetizer looks and sounds fancy, and are super easy to make. The sweet and salty mixture of ingredients combines to make an explosion of flavor.

- 1 lb Bacon, thin sliced
- 32 Pitted Dates
- 8 oz Goat Cheese
Preheat the oven to 400°.
Slit the pitted date lengthwise and stuff with approximately 1/2 teaspoon of the goat cheese. Pinch it closed.
Wrap each date in 1/2 slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Arrange dates on a wire rack within a jelly roll pan (cookie sheet with sides).
Bake for 20 minutes, and turn each date after 10 minutes. Serve warm.
