Total Time 30 mins
- 1/2 Medium Onion
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 TB Worcestershire sauce
- 2 TB Ketchup
- 3/4 tsp salt
- ground black pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 TB canola oil or pan spray
Red Curry Aioli
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 TB Red Curry Paste
Optional Toppings
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced into rings
- 1 handful fresh spinach
Grate the onion and discard the onion juice. Add two tablespoons of grated onion to a bowl with ground turkey. Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Mix together with hands and form into patties. The mixture will be wet. The patties should be approximately 1/2 inch thick.
Heat the canola oil or spray in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. When the skillet is hot, add the patties and cook them for five minutes on each side.
While your burgers are cooking, prepare the aioli by mixing together the red curry paste and mayonnaise.
Serve your burgers on your choice of bun (or no bun), with aioli, and any additional fresh accompaniments you choose.
